Meet the instructors

Ginger Hooven

Founded YogAntigua in 2000 and has been teaching (and learning) ever since. She’s a certified Yoga Therapist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner who loves sharing the joys of yoga.

Julia Maero

Has been a yoga teacher since 2014 and has specialized in Restorative and Prenatal yoga. Her classes, through the practice of asana -postures, pranayama - breathing techniques – and meditation, dwell on the search for a balance between grounding and lightness, strength and ease, stability and relaxation and invite you to an inner journey of self-awareness

Ellie Lawrence

Has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2012. She earned her RYT200 from the Nosara Yoga Institute where she studied Interdisciplinary Yoga with Don and Amba Stapleton. She places a high value on authentic relationships, inner wisdom, and the teacher within each student

He is a practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation. His classes cultivate self-love and compassion, in them you will have the opportunity to work and learn about your Chakras and the philosophy of Yoga.

Mariale Moraga

She has practiced yoga since 2011 and has shared the practice with others since 2020. She specializes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and meditation. Her classes seek to provide loving guidance that invites the celebration of breathing, the conscious exploration of different body shapes, the search for a connection and attentive listening to the inner teacher that exists in each person, as well as promoting respect and compassion towards ourselves.
