Meson Panza Verde is pleased to announce the opening of our sister property Villas B´alam Ya, designed to satisfy the needs and desires of the most discerning traveler to wonderful Lago Atitlan, a deep crater lake famously described by Aldous Huxley as one of the most beautiful in the world. B´alam Ya is located eastward at km 2 on the paved road between Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo. Each of our four villas nestle lakeside or on the hillside among tropical gardens, each with an unobstructed view of the lake and surrounding volcanoes.

Each luxurous villa is self-catering, well-appointed with cooking and dining accoutrements. Guests need only bring food for cooking, or utilize our personal shopping service to have your refrigerator fully stocked prior to check-in. Alternatively, you may choose to enjoy the luxury of a private chef who can prepare a gourmet meal in the comfort of your villa.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the complimentary kayaks, canoes, sculling shells, numerous outdoor lounge areas and swimming and snorkeling areas. Take a siesta in a secluded hammock, experience the sunset from our private dock, watch the abundant bird life from a private corner in the tropical gardens, meditate in the lakeside yoga palapa while listening to the rhythmic waves or enjoy a relaxing outdoor massage on your private terrace. The magic of the lake is everywhere.
