Mesón Panza Verde is well known for its fine cuisine and romantic ambiance. Dine in our elegant Main Sala with vaulted ceiling, amid fine wines and original paintings. Its reputation for "international cuisine with a twist" has made it a favorite with Guatemalans and international travelers alike.

If you prefer, you can choose to be served on the corridor surrounding the main garden, on the terrace in romantic candle filled setting for two in the Cupula or in La Cueva, where live music is performed on certain nights of the week.

Our menu of classic dishes from around the world are carefully chosen and supervised by our cooking team, led by Head Chef Noé Sicán and Sous-Chefs Allan Ruiz and Carmen Tiño.

Our food has achieved critical acclaim. Meson Panza Verde is considered to be one of the top restaurants in Guatemala, having receivied the “Tenedor de Oro” award as best in the country.
